You'll receive a recorded audio lesson each day. The lessons are usually around 5 minutes - time is no constraint here. But don't be fooled! The value lies not in the amount of time but in the transformation it starts!

I doubted everything...

Self-doubt was my constant companion. I had the urge to be perfect ALL THE TIME. I was exhausted and constantly afraid of not being good enough. Then I lost my job, my fiancé, my apartment, and most of my friends (who weren't real friends - I learned that lesson!) all in under a month. There was nothing left except me, myself and I. 

I needed to shift from "I am not good enough" to "I can do it." That was 15 years ago. Since then, I've created a business I love, bought a house that's our family home, and know that this is only the beginning.

If I can do it, so can you. I shifted from self-doubt to self-belief. And I'm no special. you can, too.

What happens after I hit the "Payment" button?

The "Enroll Now" button takes you to a payment page where you can securely pay. Directly after your payment goes through, you receive an email with your login data. You've immediate access to the welcome module and the first audio lesson. A new lesson becomes available every day. Once all lessons are unlocked, you've lifelong access to them.


What do I get in the program?

You get access to 22 audio lessons and the reflection prompts that come with it. Should I add content in the future, you'll automatically get access to this, too.


How long do I have access to the lessons?

You've lifetime access to the course (all lessons). Lifetime means for as long as it lives online. All future updates and add-ons included.


I'm not familiar with the concept of mindset work. How will I able to change my mindset in only 22 days without spending lots of time and effort?

A new habit needs 21 days to be fully embodied and this is why we train for 22 days - to make sure your brain is in the best shape for its new role as your biggest supporter.
Parents, teachers, colleagues or others who had an impact on you shaped how you think. Because of this, you might not have realized you were choosing to hear the voice of your inner critic above your cheerleader. You can think of this program as brain thinking training that will teach your brain to think differently and support you as the best friend who cheers you on.


Do you offer payment plans?

As this course is only €47 there's no payment plan offered.


I'm super busy. What if I don't get through the daily lesson each day?

No worries. You've got lifetime access to this course. You can listen to the audios whenever you like, review and repeat them as much as you want. But I strongly advise you to listen to the daily audio every day for 22 days. All lessons are about 5 minutes long. You can listen on your commute or while cleaning your dishes - there's no reason you shouldn't be able to keep up with the daily lessons. If you don't have time to journal on the reflection prompts, you can contemplate them. Time limits are no excuse for this course! I have designed this course to fit into even the busiest schedule. 


Do you offer refunds?

Due to the digital nature of this course and its low price, there are no refunds available.


Can you guarantee specific results?

If you commit yourself and do the work, you'll see results. But because I can't guarantee that you'll do the work, I can't guarantee results. It's up to you to roll up your sleeves and dive into the program, do the work and apply the teachings. You choose how much time and effort you want to put in.
